"Padmasadhana" (which roughly translated means “lotus practice” or the “flowering of the lotus”) - is a powerful combination of gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. DSN also utilises life transforming group processes and deep spiritual knowledge. This course empowers you to experience the power of one’s inner strength and to be of service to humanity.
